AV series vibrating motor
 

AV series vibrating motor, excellent in design, mechanical advanced structure in mechanic, fine vibration-resistant performance, light weight, small size, large vibrating force and easy to adjust, easy installation and maintenance, improving handling capacity; with good quality and appearance, high level of insulation and protection, it can be applied to dust and humid places; the design of electromagnetic parameters in line with the vibratory characteristics of the electrical work, start more quickly, run more smoothly; selecting special vibration-resistant bearings of well-known manufacturers, high-reliability and long life-span; electromagnetic parts and bearing temperature can be effectively controlled in a long time continuous operation, making AVL vertical vibratory motor has a long life.

   The main structure
   Vertical vibrating motor consists of a special motor and eccentric block. Since the products are unique, resistant to vibration in all parts should be intensity.

   Work principle
   Vibrating motor can rotate by electricity, drive the eccentric blocks at both ends of the bearings, producing vibrating force through the end of motor passed to the vibrating motor.

    AV series vibratory motor is divided into 2,4,6,8, four specifications, vibratory time is for 2870, 1460,980,740 RPM.

 It is not difficult to calculate the various vibratory amplitudes of different motors.

 E.g. Participation weight of a vibratory machine is 1000kG, if you choose two MV50-6 vibrating motor, one vibrating motor’s weight is 265KG,

     S=S=2F÷ω2/W=2*(50000+50000)÷103*103/1000+365*2=0.0123M=12.3mm
  The right is the curve diagram of the vibrating force and vibratory amplitude.( Participation vibratory weight W is 1000KG)
  From the diagram, when vibrating force and participation weight are the same, the less vibratory times, the larger vibratory amplitude.
